Regular use of aromatherapy is a gentle, effective way of maintaining good health. we can help our bodies to function more efficiently and alleviate the effects of stress and tension by using aromatherpy in a number of different ways. Most of the treatments are simple enough for anyone to try at home.
inhalation can be used by adding a few drops of essential oil on a handkerchief. This is an effective way to relieve travel sickness or nausea. The same method can be used for keeping alert when driving, or the handkerchief can be placed by your pillow to help deal with sleeping problems
