30 Day Weight Challenge Programme
Nutri’s 30 Day Weight Challenge Programme allows individuals to set themselves long term lifestyle goals and work towards achieving them by making the necessary changes. This programme looks to reinstate a healthy relationship with food by eliminating common foods that may hinder fat/ weight loss while focusing on the right kind of foods.
What is involved?
The programme uses a specific supplement regime and targeted food plan which focuses on cutting out alcohol, caffeine, dairy, gluten, etc. Prior to the programme commencing you will receive the required 4 supplements and an information pack. Majella, your nutritionist will discuss with you how the programme works and what is involved.
Information Pack Contents
• An ‘allowed foods’ food list
• Suggested recipes
• Menu planners
• Workbook
• 30 day diet diary
• Supplement regime
• Shopping list
• List of FAQs
This is not another calorie controlled diet but one that incorporates the right foods. This gives you a chance to develop a new relationship with food and include ingredients you may not normally use while experimenting with new recipes. It is recommended that you replace a meal and also a snack with a serving of UltraMeal™/UltraPro Whey each day.
Measuring your success
So you can track your progress, you will have the opportunity to fill in a workbook and diet diary. A number of body measurements will be taken at 4 different stages over the 30 days. Some measurements include weight, upper arm, chest, waist, hips and thighs. In addition, a medical symptom questionnaire (MSQ) will be filled out prior to the programme commencing and again once it has finished. You will also have the opportunity to fill in a diet diary which will allow you to record what you are eating/drinking. Over the course of the 30 days you are invited to note any changes or general comments. At the end of the programme, the workbook and diet diary should be handed back to your practitioner Majella where the results can be discussed.
