What to do?
Having a good look at your health and lifestyle with a professional therapist can help considerably. This allows focused and objective ‘overhall’ of factors that affect your health and allows for a comprehensive bespoke way to regain or maintain health in all its forms.
The ‘health’ messages that are being spewed at us through the various forms of social media need to be investigated. Often posts can play on your health fears.
Taking time with a professional really separates the facts from fictious claims. There will always be arguments in science regarding the best ways to health, but a trained professional will by essence of their training and registration be in the best position to give best practice advice.
Health encompasses everything you do, your sleep patterns, diet, eating and drinking habits and patterns, emotions, diagnosed conditions, symptoms and physical signs, bowel habits, a general questioning about each bodily system, relationships, work, work patterns, stress that you cannot ‘control’ and stress you possibly can. I have been trained to take all of these into consideration before giving advice or prescribing a wellness plan and or medicines and supplements where necessary.
In professional training I have also been trained to check that nothing I do or give will interfere with medical involvement. My practice is holistic, I believe in orthodox medicine and natural medicine. Each has it place and time, sometimes alone, sometimes complementing each other.
This is done safely.
Balanced decisions are always best.
I always have YOU as the central concern.
I am available for Zoom and Telemed consultations.
Best Regards,
Stay well
