It is my firm belief that good mental health is vital for our ability to be well holistically. My treatment uses reflexology which specifically aims to help retain or regain mental health and also utilises my expertise from all other therapies I use.
Helpful in times of stress and change-Anxiety depression, grief, depression, stressful life, menopause, loss of motivation, all life crises, insomnia, inability to relax.
Drawing on my expertise in the area of mental health as a trained and Registered Mental Nurse I introduce to you the method developed through my 28 years of experience in delivering and teaching reflexology.
My experience working individuals and groups who suffer stress and anxiety has developed me and my reflexology to target the specific of helping with mental health issues.
It is a very holistic proven approach. I have studied systems of medicine worldwide and this invaluable experience has broadened the scope of my practice.
Revitalise reflexology uses the reflexology system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet. It involves the application of pressure to the feet with specific finger, thumb and hand techniques. Its benefits help with circulation, stress reduction and increased energy.
Your treatment time also includes the teaching of proven stress reduction techniques.
Take a step toward a less stressful life
See you on the couch!
